Module 5 · Your 90-day plan

Day 11 of 11 · about 10 minutes

You've now looked at all nine parts of your life. The temptation is to fix everything at once. That's usually how good intentions turn into nothing.

Try this today (15 minutes)

  1. Get the page from Day 1. Score all nine parts again. Notice anything that moved.
  2. Choose three parts to focus on for the next 90 days. They don't have to be your lowest scores. Pick the ones that would change the most if they improved.
  3. For each of the three, write one small action you'll repeat every week. Use the exercises from this course if they helped.
  4. Write the date 90 days from today at the top of the page. That's your next check-in.

Why three

Three is enough to feel real progress and few enough to keep going when life gets busy. The other six parts don't disappear. They wait their turn.

The honest note

An 11-day course can't build a life. It can only help you see yours clearly and start on purpose. The rest happens in the ordinary weeks ahead, and most of those weeks will be imperfect. Keep going anyway.
