What you are buying

A membership is access to educational content: a live audio room, written trade breakdowns, pre-market levels, and community chat. You are buying access for the period you pay for — nothing more. Membership is not a financial product, an investment, a managed account, or advice of any kind.

Education only — not advice

Everything on this site and in the community — every trade shown, level posted, chart marked, opinion voiced, and question answered — is educational commentary about the author’s own trading. None of it is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. The author is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner, and nothing here creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.

Billing and cancellation

Membership bills monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made. Because access is delivered immediately and in full, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Assumption of risk

Trading futures, options, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial investment. By purchasing access you confirm that you understand these risks, that you will not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and that you alone are responsible for any trades you place and any losses you incur.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author and this site are not liable for any losses or damages of any kind — including trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages — arising from your use of the site, the community, or anything published in either. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the three months before the claim arose.

Community conduct

Access may be revoked without refund for abuse, harassment, spam, sharing paid content outside the community, or soliciting members for other products or services.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the community is the author’s property. Personal use only; republishing, reselling, or redistributing it is not permitted.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
